Database numbers show in which week new data was added to the One Click LCA database. The numbers counted in the One Click LCA updates banner might differ slightly when new data planned to be added was enabled earlier or slightly later for use in One Click LCA.

Over 20.000 plant-specific datapoints for Ready-Mix concretes are now updated with full emission data for all the impact categories. These data points are available in the LEED tools for US & Canada and the Life Cycle Carbon - Global tool. Press release: One Click LCA Integrates with Climate Earth concrete data
In weeks 1 until week 10 we have added 2840 new resources from various EPD programs. Starting from week 11 we will report in more details what data has been included to our database.
Data updates 2019
6 November 2019 - New district heating profiles for Norway
46 new district heating profiles are now available for Norway based on delivered district heat data by Norsk Fjernvarme.
The data include 45 profiles for different cities/district heating companies and 1 new average for the whole of Norway.
25 April 2019 - 49 new generic building technology (HVAC) datapoints available (all users)
The new generic datapoints cover HVAC components such as ventilation systems, heat distribution systems, ventilation ducting, rooftop exhaust fans, boilers, LPHW fan heaters, radiators and air handling units. You can find these by choosing 'One Click LCA' under Data sources filter in materials data input form. Note that building technology is available in section '6. Building technology' of the Materials data input form. We expect to update this dataset over time.
1 March 2019 - New Lavkarbonklass-concretes released for Norway (relevant for Norwegian users)
New Lavkarbonklass-concretes are released for Norway for concrete classes B20/M90, B35/M45/MF45 and B45/M40/MF40.
These concretes are meeting the Norsk betongförening publikasjon 37 Lavkarbonbetong (2015) treshold values, also when local compensation to Norway is applied on the project.
These concretes are also available as options for layers in Carbon Designer, and they can be used also for BREEAM LCAs or other LCAs with all impact categories being covered.
The former default concretes have been labeled in Norwegian language as "(var: lavkarbonklass B)" to highlight those are the preceding datapoints.
Please take in consideration that when a material is added, it has wastage and generally also transport distances included in default, and those are increasing the carbon footprint. The manufacturing (A1-A3) carbon footprint is however the exact values of the Lavkarbonbetong-standard.
28 February 2019 - Dutch NMD database updated to version 2.3 (Dutch users)
One Click LCA BREEAM NL tool has been updated to use the latest NMD 2.3 database version. The version 2.2 data-sets are no longer available, however previously added materials will remain unchanged.
7 February 2019 - 800 new INIES datapoints added (French users)
The latest INIES datapoints have been added to our database. The use of these is currently limited to E+C- tool. These datapoints will be made available for other calculation tools in the coming weeks. The update includes:
376 FDES (manufacturer specific) datapoints
101 MDEGD (market average) datapoints
323 PEP (technology) datapoints
1 February 2019 - New Central/Eastern European EPDs added, 58 new datapoints
The latest Central and Eastern European EPDs from ZAG and the International EPD System have been released to production. This covers 58 products in facade glazings, aerated concrete masonry units, glass wool insulation, building systems, gypsum plasterboards, bitumen roofing, aluminium cladding, aluminium sandwich panels, structural steel, ceramic tiles and sanitary ware.
25 January 2019 - New ITB EPDs added, 88 products from Poland and region (Central European users)
All new EPDs from the ITB program are added to the One Click LCA database. This covers products for example in cement, coated glass, ETICS (External Thermal Insulation Composite System), glass wool, laminated flooring, natural stone, other insulation, partitioning systems, regular glass, gypsum plasterboard, reinforcement steel, rock wool, sandwich panels and structural steel.
6 January 2019 - New generic materials and latest BRE EPDs added - circa 65 new datapoints
New generic materials (for all regions) added for rock and glass wool insulation, gypsum plaster board, oriented strand board, plywood and wood cladding. These can be used in all regions and all project phases in absence of a manufacturer or national average data sets.
Also, the latest Environmental Product Declarations (ca 55) from the BRE EPD program have been added to the production.
