Release notes highlights

  1. The One Click LCA Pre-Verified EPD Generator is now available and allows you to deliver easily and cost-efficiently EPDs according to EN 15804 + A1 + A2 amendments
  2. The One Click LCA Flexible EPD and One Click LCA Product Carbon tools are now also available.
  3. New data import workflow makes data handling options easier to use and apply when importing from BIM.
  4. Expert users can now download data in Excel, do edits and Excel and upload them back to One Click LCA. 
  5. French users are getting a range of significant updates in the Energie Carbone / RE2020 & HQE tools.
  6. Users are now able to model reused materials or retained building parts more precisely in calculations
  7. + over one hundred smaller improvements and fixes. 
Almost 9000 new resources have been added in 2020 since week 3! Data updates are reported weekly in the Database update log

One Click LCA product level tools

Three new Product level LCA tools have been launched, One Click LCA Product Carbon, One Click LCA Flexible EPD and One Click LCA Pre-Verified EPD Generator.

One Click LCA Pre-verified EPD Generator - available product categories:
  1. Plumbing products, components and systems
  2. Cement-based products, such as ready-mix concrete and reinforced pre-cast concrete elements
  3. Metal products (but not primary metal making)
  4. Paints, veneers, lacquers and coatings
New product categories (general availability during Q3)
  1. Bricks, tiles and ceramic products
  2. Furniture
  3. More categories are added based on manufacturer request

Summary of the release notes - All license levels

  1. Model reused materials or retained building parts easily and more precisely - Available in RICS, NS3720, NollCO2, BREEAM UK & Int't, Level(s), Global Carbon and Life Cycle Carbon - North Amerca
  2. Clear option for disabling 'Material manufacturing localization', has been added to the LCA parameters.
  3. New End-Of-Life model is now available in more tools - BREEAM UK & Int'l, All LEED tools, Level(s) and Life Cycle Carbon - North America.

  1. Expert users can now download data in Excel, edit and re-upload the file back to One Click LCA
  2. New End-of-Life model - Experts users can make more edits in the tools in which this is available

Updates to the Energie Carbone & HQE tools

Mise à jour d'Energie Carbone à la version RSEnv 1.1.0.0, amélioration des saisies et corrections des calculs des seuils:
  1. Les paramètres 'projet' nécessaires au RSEE sont saisis au niveau projet directement
  2. L'utilisateur doit associer les zones du RSET avec celles de la modélisation et modéliser plusieurs bâtiments dans un même projet de manière distincte.
  3. Nouvelles distinctions dans la partie 'description du bâtiment' est faite - pour faciliter la saisie des données nécessaires au calcul ACV et des niveaux de performance.
  4. La possibilité de rentrer manuellement les coefficients nécessaires aux calculs des seuils Carbone quand on n'a pas de RSET > 8.1.0.0 v1.0 ou de RSET tout court. 
  5. Les valeurs seuils intermédiaires des indicateurs de performance sont maintenant visibles
  6. Correction concernant la prise en compte des bénéfices quand ils sont négatifs pour les ignorer. 
  7. Correction pour ignorer les bénéfices export quand le champ export n'est pas rempli et que toute l'énergie est auto-consommée 
  8. Nouvel outil excel d'aide au calcul de consommation en eau potable pour Énergie Carbone (sur le centre support)  
Notes importantes aux utilisateurs de l'outil Energie Carbone;
Pour les rares cas ou un RSET/RSEE contient plusieurs bâtiments, cette modélisation se fera à présent à l'échelle du projet sur la page principale de l'outil Energie Carbone. Veuillez copier coller votre conception pour modéliser les bâtiments de manière distincte. Le paramètre bâtiment (désactivé) sera supprimé début Septembre pour permettre aux utilisateurs d'adapter leur projet à cette nouvelle configuration. 
Le RSET est maintenant chargé à l'échelle du projet, si votre modélisation contenait plusieurs RSET, assurez-vous que le bon RSET est chargé au niveau des paramètres du projet. Si besoin vous pouvez contacter l'équipe support  pour vous aider à recouvrir les anciens fichiers RSET.

  1. Carbon Designer pour créer des variantes rapidement en phase amont, maintenant disponible dans l'outil HQE selon EN 15978
  2. Fichier import excel dédié en français
